All our Helpline advisors sign to a confidentiality agreement, to which they are bound to keep information confidential. When you call, we won't need your personal details unless you are requesting to get some information leaflets sent to you. Every part of your conversation is treated with the strictest confidence and your confidentiality is safeguarded.
